Yet another great night at Kaigun karate dojo, learning to relax that tension doesn’t help us. Plenty of bag hitting to prove the theory.

Great session last night, working on blocking, not always being a block.
Finding out the difference from basics of blocking and using a short movement to block using the hips.
Well done to everyone last night.

So I wondered why I was in so much pain in my big toe, I have an infection needing antibiotics, so I have been deaf and losing my balance, now I have a bad toe. ☹️☹️
