Our intercom team are there to help — they are not there to be abused or spoken to disrespectfully.

We understand it can be frustrating when you get to the gym door and can’t gain access, meaning you need to press the intercom for assistance. However, please remember the person answering is simply trying to help you.

✅ Ways to make entry easier:
• Download and use our app
• Make sure your membership payments don’t fail
• Bring your fob with you

If payment is requested and not paid we will stop granting access

A little patience and respect goes a long way. 💚

Abusive or disrespectful behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated.

📶 GYM WI-FI

We’ve been asked quite a lot recently if we can share our Wi-Fi with members.

Unfortunately, at the moment we’re unable to share our Wi-Fi password.

Our current connection is pretty terrible 😅 and just about manages to keep our entry system running and the music playing 🎶

The good news is… we’re currently working with BT to get Full Fibre installed at the gym! 🙌📡

Hopefully, once this is up and running, things will be a whole lot better! 🤞🏼

For now, we need to keep our Wi-Fi reserved for the systems that keep the gym running.

🎒 SCHOOLS ARE NEARLY BACK! 🎒

And for some of us, that means a whole new routine!

For me, having both kids starting secondary school means they’ll be out of the door and on their school buses by 8am. 🚌

That now gives me an extra hour and a half before I need to go to work…

And I know exactly how I’m going to use it. 💪

🏋️‍♀️ GYM TIME!

Sometimes it’s not about finding more time — it’s about making the most of the time that suddenly becomes available.

School run changing? Kids moving schools? Going back to work after the summer?

Maybe September is the perfect time to find a new little slot in your routine for YOU. 💚
