Real talk for a second.

Having a clear goal isn't just about physical output, for me it’s how I quieten my mind. When I have a singular focus, everything else falls into place. Lately, I’ve been asking myself where I actually fit in this fitness space and struggling to pin down what my core purpose is right now.

​It’s uncomfortable to admit when you feel a bit lost in your direction, especially in an industry that demands constant certainty. But I’m choosing to lean into the process rather than force a label that doesn't fit.

About 5 weeks in and starting to understand what the hell I am doing.

I thought I could swim.... I was wrong.

But just like everything , I obsess myself over it. Studying technique and with the help from Lauren Ashbourne slowly getting there.
