I have now settled into life in the Netherlands, although, Iโ€™m very much missing everyone back home.

I have decided to start up online training! I will be offering coaching plans, online 121 sessions and online group classes ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I have put together 3 packages for the month of January to help people keep active, healthy and happy ๐Ÿ’ฅ

The packages include:
Sunday morning online bootcamp
1-2-1 online sessions
Home workout plans
1-2-1 outdoor Personal training sessions ( Warwick)

Bootcamp Will be back next Sunday!!

Following the Governmentโ€™s latest announcements OUTDOOR group exercise classes CAN continue! ๐Ÿ™Œ This means we will be back! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

We will have limited numbers, no kit ( unless you bring your own) and in your own coned off area! We will have 3 sundays to train before Christmas ๐ŸŽ„ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ letโ€™s do this!! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

This year due to COVID, Iโ€™m asking if you could please bring your own pumpkin to the workout. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

( one that you can lift above your head, not too small and definitely not hollow! ๐Ÿ˜)
