I love M&S Food.
I’ve been buying their vanilla cheesecake and other variations for a while they are delicious.
But I won’t be buying them again.
I’ve just this minute discovered they have pork gelatine and palm oil in them!
I don’t bake or make cakes so maybe I’m being naive here but I’m so shocked.
I didn’t read the ingredients before now. I thought M&S were an ethical food supplier, so why would I look for palm oil when we know the consequences of it. Or pork gelatine?!
I’m a veggie. I wouldn’t look for meat extracts in a cheesecake - especially an M&S cheesecake!
I’m disappointed in myself for not checking the small print. But I’m a lot more disappointed in M&S. Food.
That’s brand reputation and trust in their food blown for me.
