Sometimes, you’ve just got to sit back and take it all in. Unstoppable Fitness is starting to take shape, and I love this space—built for hard work, progression, and a bit of chaos (the good kind). Whether it’s training, coaching, or just taking a moment to breathe, this place delivers. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

The weekend was a bit of fun!

We moved the boxing ring into our new gym space, only to realise it’s a little too tall for comfort. So back to the storage unit it went 😂.

Who knew measuring by jumping to touch the ceiling wouldn’t work? Especially when my jump was definitely on point 😅.

So, back to the drawing board, but we’re not giving up!

Thanks to and for helping get those 140kg bags up the stairs, and , thanks as always for helping all weekend.
