⭐️Personal training from your own home or online- only slots left is a Wednesday 1pm or 2pm

⭐️Tuesday 6.30pm bums and tums (sacred heart church)
⭐️Wednesday 10.30am online bums and tums
⭐️Wednesday 6.45pm boxercise (dordon club)
⭐️Thursday 11.15am online bums and tums
