Finishing the home PT studio ready to offer private 1-2-1 indoor PT sessions to accompany my outdoor sessions. Outdoor PT sessions are held in a picturesque trim trail setting with private parking.

Indoor gym is fully equipped for those who want to tone up, loose weight or build muscle.

Your specific training goals will be met using a variety of training equipment ranging from;
concept II rowing machine, battle ropes, slam balls, power bags, Ab station, punch bag, boxing pads, press up station, tricep dip station, chin up bar, free weights area, weight bench, barbelles, fit ball, step deck and resistance bands to name a few and includes a changing area and loo.
