We shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves I moan about my legs and I hear clients, friends say they don’t like there legs,stomach arms…

but actually I walked up this mountain and thought my legs are amazing they enable me to go on so many adventures I’ve pushed my body to the limits to achieve so many amazing experiences.

I’m 43 and my body is still able to do these things, and that’s from keeping fit.
My goal is to stay fit strong and healthy and have minimal health problems.

Us women have amazing bodies we grow humans for gods sake 😂 we have to contend with the menstrual cycle, then menopause. But we still are able to do Everything we want💪🏽

Being fit enables you to go on adventures without a worry to experience the best things so if that doesn’t motivate you I don’t know what will.

Don’t worry about a bit of cellulite,wobble or not being perfect focus on being fit,strong & healthy you will feel happy confident and most importantly healthy.

I’ve trained thousands of people over the last 16 years. I currently have clients in their 20’s,30,40’s,50,60’s & have 2 in their 70’s. I have peri menopausal clients, clients who felt like quitting cause their bodies are changing as they age.
People often just cut calories and run that’s always worked in our younger years to shift a bit of weight. As we get older we need to train right we need a consistent routine enough rest days.
I’ve seen clients make huge progress in their 70’s so it’s never too late to start.

Chicken,chorizo,lots of cherry tomatoes,garlic,ginger,chilli,onion,spinach,
For the sauce red pesto crème fresh.
Cook the garlic,chili,ginger & onion in a k**b of butter
Once softened add the tomatoes,chicken & chorizo, add the pesto and crème fresh then the spinach. Season and serve.

This came up on my memories, actually this is a personal thing to write on here but at that point I’d not experienced that much hurt, not come across that many unkind people a few but not too bad!
As I’ve got older I have and it absolutely has an effect on confidence self worth mental health. I understand a lot more now stepping outside the box to appreciate people’s situations what they’ve been through has an effect it’s made me a much better personal trainer and I genuinely want to make clients feel good confident and happy. I think just be kind and if someone isn’t making you feel good mentally then distance yourself and look after you 💕
