We shouldn’t be so hard on ourselves I moan about my legs and I hear clients, friends say they don’t like there legs,stomach arms…
but actually I walked up this mountain and thought my legs are amazing they enable me to go on so many adventures I’ve pushed my body to the limits to achieve so many amazing experiences.
I’m 43 and my body is still able to do these things, and that’s from keeping fit.
My goal is to stay fit strong and healthy and have minimal health problems.
Us women have amazing bodies we grow humans for gods sake 😂 we have to contend with the menstrual cycle, then menopause. But we still are able to do Everything we want💪🏽
Being fit enables you to go on adventures without a worry to experience the best things so if that doesn’t motivate you I don’t know what will.
Don’t worry about a bit of cellulite,wobble or not being perfect focus on being fit,strong & healthy you will feel happy confident and most importantly healthy.
