Comp week training

There’s a few different approaches so here you go.

1. Deload - 1-2 sets on each exercise and reduce the weight by 15-20%. Drop down 1-2 dumbbells, take some weight off the bar. Short and sharp sessions should be the focus.

2. Get a pump on - do what you enjoy and what will make you feel your best leading into competition.

3. Do nothing. Not my preference but if you have had a hard camp, doing some extra gym might not put you in the right head space for competing.

You may need to trial this to find what’s perfect for you 👍🏻
