Working in both Stourbridge and Worcester, I specialise in weight/inch loss using tailored exercise programs and a healthy eating plan. I hold the following sessions/classes offering something for all price ranges :
-1:1 Personal Training
-Buddy Training (2ppl)
-Group Training (Body Sculpt courses)
-Ante/Post Natal Training
-Exercise for Children
-Boxercise for men and women.
