😁I had the honour of being a team leader in Athlete services for Weightlifting/parapowerlifting 🏋️‍♀️ and what an amazing experience it was.
To everyone at team weightlifting/parapowerlifting thank you for such great memories you are all amazing 👏😀🏋️‍♂️

I hope you have been as inspired as I have with the amazing Athletes at the Commonwealth Games.
Keep your 👀 peeled for some free Olympic weightlifting workshops to help you learn the techniques for these lifts.
