We loved the Pom Poms - a fun way to get moving and work the brain remembering the choreography 😜

Hello June! Pinch, punch, first of the month. Not sure how we are into the 6 month of the year, but here goes.

May was amazing, Silent Striders launch, Country Fit dress up week, kids half term session and some socials thrown in too! 🎧🤠🤩🥗

Looking forward to seeing what June brings 💪🏻❤️

A recent radio interview we did about Silent Striders, my Silent Disco walking group 🎧🎵

I have a Silent Striders session tomorrow, Sunday 31st May 7-8pm, £10 pp and everything you need is included. We meet at Pedmore Lane DY9 0RQ (Foley Pub car park) and head to the pub for a drink afterwards. If you’d like to join us drop me a message and I’ll send you all the info and book you on.

* These sessions are Family Friendly. Children aged 7+ that can walk at a strolling pace for an hour welcome to join in but must be accompanied by a participating adult. Adults without children welcome too, it will still be a normal Silent Striders session.

Wow! That was a hot kids fitness session, but we had so much fun 🤩 Lots of crafts, breaks and an ice lolly to keep cool, but we still played lots of games and the parachute was perfect to cool us down.
