*A sad day at TRiiBE.

& an announcement we’ve wrestled with over the last few weeks.

TRiiBE is opening & closing its doors on the 14th October for the last time.

As a company, and individuals, we’ve decided to pursue different paths, spelling the end for TRiiBE as a business. It’s taken a lot to come to this decision but the best one for all involved.

As we hang up our gloves, we’d just like to say thank you. Thank you for all the support, the laughs & the sweat. We had a great time & loved meeting every person that stepped onto those mats.

TRiiBE will always be remembered by us, as that place you go to and forget about everything else, the worries, the stress, for that short period of time in your day. It meant a lot.

Again. Thank You.

Here’s what she’s got lined up for you 💛🖤

‘In this week's classes we're looking at how we can navigate some of the feelings that the transition into Autumn can bring up.

Autumn brings with it Vata energy; in Ayurvedic teachings Vata is cool, windy (not THAT kind of wind!), sometimes erratic, sometimes subtle.

So it's a great time to balance all this changing energy out with a grounding yoga practice. This week we're also bringing in a little strength building and more importantly STILLNESS.

In last week's classes we talked about getting quiet to allow space to hear our intuition. In a very similar vein, coming to stillness can also help us to hear what our inner wisdom has to say.

Holding stillness inside is also a wonderful tool in our self-care kit. When the world around us seems unsettled, when we're experiencing stressful situations, finding stillness and peace inside can help us to navigate challenging times with calm and grace.’

Our expert instructor has 8 years of experience in the ‘adult support work’ sector and is fully DBS checked. You’ll be in the safest of hands.

Whichever way we spin it, we always come back to the same solution. We’ve been thinking at TRiiBE about how much it costs to keep a healthy mind & body. It should be accessible to EVERYONE. In these times of financial uncertainty, no-one should be excluded from attaining a goal.

Which is why, EVERY Thursday morning our doors will swing open for an hour, between 6.30 to 7.30 for FREE. Yep. Come and train, use the equipment, bring a friend, partner up, FREE reign of the place to focus on those goals, beginners or experts, strength or stretching. It’s yours.

We’ll even warm you up 😉

We’re really excited to finally share with you all that we shall be adding a new additional class and program to our timetable …….. TRiiBE CHAMPiiONS 🥇🥇

This program is specifically aimed at vulnerable adults who would like to have fun, keep fit and make new friendships.
Our aim is to provide a place where they can attend, with their staff, who will also be encouraged to join in and support during the activities. With our fully qualified, DBS checked instructor who has over 8 years experience in the support work environment, you can rest assured that you are in safe, friendly, experienced hands.
We shall discuss nutrition, monitor weight and measurements if required and make sure that they have a really fun time.

This class shall take place every Friday morning from 10am until 11am
£5 per service user
£3 for support worker
