Two teams, made up of our club swimmers and masters, are undertaking a pretty gruelling 24-hour open water swim relay on Ellerton Lake and would be very grateful for any donations!

And yes, they are actually swimming all through the day and night, including swimming in the pitch dark 😬, and camping to try and get some sleep inbetween their shifts on the water!

Please support ‘Team Swim Shady’ as they raise money for an amazing charity that provides essential swimming lessons for children with disabilities 😊🏊‍♀️🏊

It’s the English Summer Nationals!!

Best of luck to Scarlett and Sydney, and our dual club swimmers Sam (Guisborough) and Hannah (Loughborough Uni) 😊🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️💪

It’s such an incredible achievement to be swimming at this level, and we wish them all the very best of luck - so proud of you all!

The competition runs from the 27th July to 1st August at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre in Sheffield.
