Huge congratulations to Liam on his silver medal 🥈 today.

What’s more impressive is he almost cut his fingers off with a saw 2 days earlier and still wouldn’t pull out of the competition.

He’s gaining more and more momentum in competition and picks up more experience everytime.

He trains hard in the gym and the results are showing ⚔️

Tom has got that first one done today and will return with a vengeance next time.

Huge congratulations to Coach Pete on his double gold medals🥇 at All Stars Bjj in Macclesfield today.

He fought against three great opponents and won all three matches via submission ⚔️

He works harder than anybody on the mats and is a true student of the game.

I believe people like Pete deserve nothing but success - long may it continue.
