Please give a warm PRL welcome to our newest coach, Mark!
A few words from Mark:
“I am incredibly excited to officially join the coaching team here at PRL! CrossFit has a unique way of bringing people together, and from the moment I walked through the doors of a CrossFit gym, I knew this community was something special.
A little bit about me: I’m absolutely obsessed with CrossFit! My favourite part of coaching is helping people realise they’re capable of far more than they ever thought possible—whether that’s hitting a lifetime PB, mastering a challenging gymnastics skill, or simply showing up on the days motivation is low.
Favourite workouts: Any AMRAP (especially Cindy!) and brutal EMOMs—count me in every time.
Training soundtrack: Heavy electronic beats all day long.
My mission is to help you move safely, get stronger, and have the best hour of your day. I’m a huge believer in movement quality over speed and building strength for long-term health and longevity.”
