It's our birthday!

MyGym is 6 years old today. From a business plan written in 2011, to a gym build starting during lockdown, it's been an adventure throughout!

We've grown, learned, made mistakes, made great decisions, met some incredible people and built the best gym around!

Thanks to every single person past and present who makes MyGym what it is, and what it can become in the future. We love the gym and community we've built, and will continue to build!

Hello everyone!

This is advanced notice that the gym will be closed this weekend (11th and 12th) of April for some essential security upgrades and equipment installations.

As many of you will know, we were broken into on Sunday evening. As a result, we're going to make significant upgrades to our security systems, alarms, doors, etc.

We'll also be taking advantage of the closure to do a deep clean, install new lighting and add 5 wooden platforms to improve your weight training experience.

Being broken into isn't nice, but we're making sure something good comes out of it!

Unfortunately we were broken into this evening at 19.47.

It looks like the criminal was an ex member, because they were very familiar with the building and where the cash tin was kept.

The good news is they’ve just triggered us to seriously upgrade our security systems, so every cloud and all that.

They’re also likely to be caught on several other cameras in the area.

Let’s hope the police can get them, so they don’t do the same to another business/house.

We’ll be open tomorrow at 10.00…
