20kg gone!
But the scales only tell part of the story.
Rebecca hasn’t achieved this in perfect conditions.
She’s done it whilst:
• Raising a young baby
• Running a salon/business
• Managing everyday life stresses (5 kiddies)
• And battling what she openly describes as a difficult relationship with food
That last one is bigger than people realise.
Because fat loss isn’t usually about lacking information.
Most people already know they should eat better and move more.
The hard part is changing habits, emotions, routines and behaviours that have been built over years.
And Rebecca has done exactly that.
Not through extremes.
Not through quick fixes.
Through consistency.
Support.
Accountability.
And continuing to show up even when life was busy.
That’s what I’m most proud of.
