But the scales only tell part of the story.

Rebecca hasn’t achieved this in perfect conditions.

She’s done it whilst:
• Raising a young baby
• Running a salon/business
• Managing everyday life stresses (5 kiddies)
• And battling what she openly describes as a difficult relationship with food

That last one is bigger than people realise.

Because fat loss isn’t usually about lacking information.
Most people already know they should eat better and move more.

The hard part is changing habits, emotions, routines and behaviours that have been built over years.

And Rebecca has done exactly that.

Not through extremes.
Not through quick fixes.

Just look at those weight plates for perspective.

Most people think the hardest part of getting fit is the workouts.

It’s not.

It’s walking through the door for the first time.

The uncertainty.

12 days. That’s it.

On the left: Month and a half + of severe bloating.
Most meals was making things worse. Her stomach was painful, distended, and getting bigger no matter what she ate.

She’d tried adjusting foods herself… but nothing was working.

So we simplified things.

We removed the likely irritants, structured her meals properly, and followed clear nutritional guidance instead of guessing.

12 days later…

On the right:
• Bloating gone
• Pain gone
• Digestion settled
• Stomach flat again

This is the mistake many people make when it comes to nutrition:

They think the solution is “eat less”

Often the real issue is eating the wrong things for your body at the wrong time.

When you get the right foods, in the right structure, the body settles down quickly.

This is what it’s really about.

Not six packs.
Not egos.
Not “gym culture”.

Community.

Right here in the heart of Stockport.

Every time I look at photos like this, I’m reminded why Sozo Gym exists. It’s not just barbells and sleds. It’s mums who were once intimidated walking into a gym… now laughing, lifting, and backing each other every single week.

It’s friendships forming between people who would never have met otherwise.

It can be early morning sessions where encouragement is louder than excuses.

It’s also women who once said, “I’m not strong enough for that” now lifting and surprising themselves.

This is what happens when you build something intentionally:
