What’s involved?
✔️ Age-appropriate strength training (learning how to move well before lifting heavy)
✔️ Plyometrics & speed work to improve coordination, power, and agility
✔️ Fitness & conditioning to build stamina and resilience
✔️ Small group coaching so every child gets individual attention and coaching
✔️ A huge focus on confidence, discipline, teamwork, and enjoyment
These sessions are perfect for:
• Kids involved in sport who want to improve performance
• Those new to training who want to build confidence
• Young athletes interested in HYROX-style fitness without pressure or competition
