So it's been a while since I've posted anything , but I think this is a pretty good post to kick things off with again!

On Wednesday the 12th December, gym member joal and friend are lifting the weight of a challenger 2 tank which is the equivalent of 64,000kgs!!

They are doing this in the name of walking with the wounded , a charity british military veterans

The first annual gym social is kicking off this Saturday- 7:30pm - 12pm 🥳

Food and entertainment is provided and the bar is just a standard paid bar 😄

If you're not coming then you're probably boring and no one wants you there anyway 😝😘

My client russ with a massive 260kg deadlift pb !! 💪

Russ is a testament to hard work and consistency. Having a bad week or a bad Session doesn't mean you've gone backwards! Sometimes life just gets in the way ......keep showing up and you will continue to improve ! Well done russ !
