Boxing IS HIIT training — and that’s one of the biggest reasons it’s arguably the best workout for overall fitness. 🥊

The heart rate graph from a male client mod 40’s of mine today tells the story perfectly: explosive peaks during intense pad rounds and conditioning bursts, followed by recovery phases before pushing again. That constant cycle of high intensity and recovery improves cardio, endurance, fat loss, athleticism and recovery capacity all at once.

Unlike steady-state cardio, boxing trains the entire body and mind under pressure — which is why so many people see faster results from boxing training than traditional gym workouts.
