I have a little story about a fig tree in my garden. Many years ago my uncle picked a branch from a fig tree in Sicily and planted it in France. He grew a beautiful tree there. Years later l asked him for a branch to take to London and try if it would grow there. Well… it took a few years but it did! So every year l am blessed by nature with so many delicious figs from my wonderful tree. They go straight onto my Greek yogurt and oats adding natural sweetness to a protein rich breakfast. 😋☀️

So proud of this girl! 4 months on and we are still going strong. Remember the weight that comes off slowly will stay off because you are focusing on reducing bodyfat whilst building muscle. There is no fast miracle solution for that, it takes time and commitment. Anyone promising you fast results is not working in your interest. Keep focused.

As the weather gets hotter, keep your meals light, fresh but still protein packed and nutritious.
This platter could not be simpler. Lots of protein and healthy fats. I had that with a couple of oatcakes to provide some carbs.

In the meantime, here are the results of my latest soldier, her name is Kenza. Kenza is a busy 56 year old business lady and, despite having over one month off during our training for various personal reasons, she put on 1kg of muscle, changing her body composition from 36.9% to 34.3% of body fat, losing 2.5cm (1 inch) around her waist, building muscle around her biceps, b***y and thigh in just two months (dates show 3 month apart but keep in mind her month off).
Well done Kenza 💪🏽! No turning back. This is only the beginning.

What you eat for breakfast sets your mood and energy level for the whole day so choose wisely. I heated cream of rice and vanilla protein powder in the microwave and topped it with mango and peanut butter. Looks and tastes more like dessert and is complete of all my macros.
