Sunrise Run Club is back & this time, it’s a full 10-week programme! Come run with me 🏃🏽♀️

☀️Every Thursday, 6:30–7:30am for 10 weeks

Sunrise Run Club is both a community and a 10-week structured programme for women, designed to help you build consistency, strength, and confidence in your running, all leading towards a supported 10km run on July 18th. I promise you WILL be able to achieve this!
You’ll be guided through 10 progressive sessions, each with a focus to help you become the runner you want to be 👊🏽 including:
👉🏽Warm-up drills & running technique
👉🏽Zone 2 (easy aerobic running)
👉🏽Threshold pacing & interval training
👉🏽Building endurance week by week
Your will also receive ‘The Sunrise System’ - a simple, structured strength, mobility and running programme to support your running (optional but highly recommended to make the most of this programme) 💪🏽
