Kings Hill Drop-In Event (Kent)

We will be in Kings Hill offering information and support and we'd love to see you there. We can provide information and support including accessing healthcare services, social care, benefits, carer support, and signposting to local services.

Fancy coming along? All you need are some flat shoes, a water bottle and the motivation to get to a class. You can expect something different each week, friendly people and no judgement.

We started off the week at Christ the King Church, Princes Park and due to the class expanding, we are now in the bigger hall!

We worked really hard with a weights workout. No photo of the class, as I totally forgot to take one! 😂 Well done team!!
