Not much to do this year except to constantly work on improving myself; my experience, knowledge and skills. Why? Because when I focus on improving myself everything around you also improves. To me this doesn’t only mean my environment but people in my life. When I improve myself I automatically motivate others in my life to do the same. I have more knowledge to share more skills to demonstrate and better advice to give.

TRICK OR TREAT!? Just wanted to come here and remind u not to confuse junk food with a treat. If u really want to give yourself a treat this weekend then really go all out and treat yourself. If u want a burger go to the best burger restaurant in town NOT MacDonald’s. Better still go to the butchers and buy the best meat u can find and make ur own signature burger using only the finest ingredients. If u want cake go to the best bakery, if u want chocolate... u see when I’m going with this?? Treat yourself like a Queen/King. Change the way u look at treats. When u do this there’s less chance of eating harmful, toxic ingredients that’s will mess with your hormones and undo all your hard work so far. Respect your body and only give it the finer things in life. Happy Friday my friends ♥️

I have a question for my ladies. When do you feel most confident?
For me it’s when I’ve done something that I promised myself I would do. I feel proud of myself because I didn’t let myself down. I can trust myself to do other things I’ve committed myself to doing. In turn I build full trust in myself which is the definition of confidence. ♥️
