So Lockdown 3 is here. Online Training has become so popular for so many people in 2020, it enabled us to adapt in new ways. It so good for us to have some form of structure and focus in our exercise. Mentally and physically. It’s good to feel like we are there for each other. A feel of community, support and advice. Enjoyable sessions that give you the confidence that you can keep progressing throughout the year, and not just as a New Years resolution or for a lockdown

I’m starting 30minute Group Training sessions on Zoom. They will be circuit based - interval, fitness training. Helping you to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle, and will also help to give you an understanding of why and what to do and why we do it ..... and might make you sweat and ache a bit!!

Starting Wednesday 13th January

Wednesday @ 730am or 930am

Friday @ 730am or 930am

Additional days to be added at a later date

All fitness levels welcome. We all have to start some where.

I have been in touch with the Food Intolerance Testing company. There’s a difference between allergies and intolerances. You can live (just about) with an intolerance but you can’t live with an allergy when it shows itself. Plenty of “healthy” foods can have a negative affect on our bodies. Causes such as IBS, skin conditions, feeling lethargic, bloating, to list a few can be brought on my things such as eggs, milk, bread, wheat, yeast, carrots, you name it I have seen the Intolerances. These tests are done through a simple blood sample and results are tested in the lab and a list of negative foods are sent back. If you have any interest in the tests please let me know.

Making small changes makes all the difference. At home we like to have a Mexican dinner on a Friday evening. I wasn’t too sure on swapping tortilla wraps for lettuce leaves. However it was really tasty and surprised me. What small changes could you make to make a meal slightly healthier but still enables you to enjoy your food?? I once had a client who swapped Pepsi to Coke Zero! 😳
