So Lockdown 3 is here. Online Training has become so popular for so many people in 2020, it enabled us to adapt in new ways. It so good for us to have some form of structure and focus in our exercise. Mentally and physically. It’s good to feel like we are there for each other. A feel of community, support and advice. Enjoyable sessions that give you the confidence that you can keep progressing throughout the year, and not just as a New Years resolution or for a lockdown
I’m starting 30minute Group Training sessions on Zoom. They will be circuit based - interval, fitness training. Helping you to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle, and will also help to give you an understanding of why and what to do and why we do it ..... and might make you sweat and ache a bit!!
Starting Wednesday 13th January

Friday @ 730am or 930am
Additional days to be added at a later date
All fitness levels welcome. We all have to start some where.
