If you’re a personal trainer, you know the schedule can get crazy. Early mornings, late evenings, back-to-back clients… and somehow your own training can end up at the bottom of the list.
But here’s the thing, we can’t pour from an empty cup!
Training myself isn’t just about staying in shape. It keeps me sharp, keeps me disciplined, and reminds me exactly what my clients go through every session. The tough sets, the days you don’t feel like it, the small wins that build real progress.
As coaches, we ask people to commit to their health and push their limits, so it’s only right we hold ourselves to that same standard 👊🏼
