Fat loss breakfast…
Really there is no such thing as an elite fat loss breakfast
Technically it’s just something that helps you keep you satiated, hit your protein and ideally consume some micronutrients.
However sometimes the priority switches to a bit of balance
The chocolate croissant isn’t optimal at all
But in reality as long as I still nail my calories and protein by the end of the day I will be all good 🤷🏼♂️
So make sure to keep your diet 80% clean and when you a lot a treat or two in just slot it in your daily intake 🫡
