Fat loss breakfast…

Really there is no such thing as an elite fat loss breakfast

Technically it’s just something that helps you keep you satiated, hit your protein and ideally consume some micronutrients.

However sometimes the priority switches to a bit of balance

The chocolate croissant isn’t optimal at all

But in reality as long as I still nail my calories and protein by the end of the day I will be all good 🤷🏼‍♂️

So make sure to keep your diet 80% clean and when you a lot a treat or two in just slot it in your daily intake 🫡

Cheese burger tacos 🌮

These are unbelievable

They’re quick, easy and solid macros too 🤤

Big shout out to who introduced me to them when I reviewed his video last year

Ingredients:

1 Mini Wrap
1 Cheese Slice
Shredded lettuce
10g Burger Sauce
100g 5% Beef Mince

Calories - 298

Carbs: 22g
Fat: 10g
Protein: 30g

Nando’s Chicken Bake 🐓

This was ELITE and deserved a repost 🤷🏼‍♂️

I honestly ate the whole thing for my lunch today

9/10 from me, could be the best yet

Credit to 👏🏼

Ingredients:

350g Potatoes
150g Chicken Breast
50ml Nando’s Sauce
40g Light Cream Cheese
Sq**rt of Garlic Puree
1/2 Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Pepper
Seasoning of your choice
30g Reduced Fat Cheese

Cook for 45 mins on 180 degrees

Calories - 556

Carbs: 48g
Fat: 15g
Protein: 50g

Full day of eating for the parade is already planned… all about balance 😉

Healthy Burger and Chips 🍔

This is quick, easy and tastes banging

Ingredients:

Salt
Pepper
1 Cal Spray (For chips)
1 Brioche Bun
Choice of Sauce
300g White Potato
150g 5% Beef Mince

Cover Chips in 1 Cal Spray and air fry for 25 minutes on 180 degrees

Calories: 560

Carbs: 77g
Fat: 11g
Protein: 40g

Do not punish yourself this week

I have nothing against you changing a few things

Maybe increasing your steps

Or tightening your diet

Maybe a small bit of extra cardio

But DO NOT go to the extreme

2/3 days off plan won’t kill you

The most important thing is to get back into routine this week

Get back to normal eating routines

Back into your training and movement

And things will even back out

Don’t punish yourself

Fat Loss Fajita Wrap 🌯

This is so quick and easy to make

And tastes banging

Bake it in the air fryer on 180 degrees for about 7-8 Minutes

Ingredients:

15g Salsa
1 Tortilla Wrap
15g Guacamole
15g Sour Cream
Handful of Jalapeños
10g Reduced Fat Mozzarella
100g Cooked Chicken Breast

Calories: 382

Carbs: 37g
Fat: 10g
Protein: 36g

Healthy Chocolate Brownie 🍫

This tasted pretty good

And it was so quick and simple to make, just what we like 🤷🏼‍♂️

The only thing I may add next time is protein powder to bump that protein up 💪🏼
