Hi everyone, tonight is 🏃🏼‍♀️Running Club🏃🏾 with Luke

Starts at: 7pm

From: Bulmershe Pavillion, Woodley.

Not to worry if you cannot make it tonight, Luke also does Running Club on:
→ Tuesday evening – variation of training
→ Thursday evening - variation of training
→ Saturday morning - park run 5k
→ Sunday morning – Long easy run, great for marathon training.

Join our friendly community of runners and bring your dog along to join in the fun.

Whether you're just starting out, getting back into running, or looking for a change from running solo, our sessions cater to all abilities and include various types of runs.

Unfortunately, the Grey Matter Running Club is geared towards local participants as we offer in-person sessions .

We meet three times a week: Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

Luke made an interesting (and amusing) point during one of our sessions recently: if everyone lived like dogs, he’d be out of a job! 🐕

It might sound a bit strange, but let’s break it down and see why it actually makes sense:

🐾 Two nutritious meals a day: Keep it simple and balanced.
🐾 Two walks/runs a day: Get those steps in and stay active!
🐾 Plenty of sleep: Rest and recovery are key.
🐾 Daily activity: Dogs have playtime, we have work, chores, or hobbies—just keep moving!
🐾 No snacking: Cut out the unnecessary munchies.
🐾 Stay hydrated: Lots of water to keep you feeling your best.

Okay, so it might be a bit of a funny concept, but doesn’t it kind of work? 🤔
