Seems crazy right? but i can’t.

However i can give you the perfect programme, the calories, the training plan, the cardio, all the tools you can possibly need but can’t do it for you.

There’s only so much i can do as the coach until you take responsibility in completing the tasks at hand.

I can’t control how hard you train, what you’re actually eating, whether you’re tracking properly or whether you’re even showing up.

That part is on you.

I will give you the roadmap, but i can’t drive the car.

16.2kg (2st 7lbs) melted off and Jack is a completely different bloke, mentally and physically

Consistent resistance training 3x a week, calories under control and simply moving more… nothing extreme, nothing complicated just real simple

The goal was simple, bring the body fat down, lose the mass first whilst retaining and building the foundations underneath!

Phase two is coming in the near future and that’s where we start sculpting

We ain’t finished yet but we’re a huge chunk into our goal, the lightest Jack has been in 5 years

50 days of diciplinešŸ¤šŸ½

Within 50 days we’ve had this incredible transformation…. Going from stepping through the gym doors on day 1 learning the basics to mastering techniques and intensity that have dramatically changed his physique

We have gained a substantial amount of muscle mass whilst bringing down his body fat without having to cut out alcohol or the foods he enjoys

What makes this even better is Luke is out in Australia 10,000 miles away working across completely opposite time zones and still stayed fully disciplined and ticked every box going (apart from when he went out his tour group on the pop😁)

Trust me if I had the choice between doing absolutely nothing and still being in great shape I’d take it in a heartbeat but that’s just not how it works

Tracking your food takes minutes out of your day. Feeling self conscious unhappy and uncomfortable in your own body takes up every single minute of every day

You can’t find 3 hours a week for the gym but you’ve got 7 hours of daily screen time? We prioritise what we want to prioritise

For the average person just wanting to feel healthy and not be overweight the effort required is genuinely tiny. The discomfort of discipline is nothing compared to the weight of regret

Let this be the last summer feeling this way.

4 day holiday = 4kg gain🤣

Panicked for about 30 seconds then thought logically

Yeah I probably over indulged a bit but i’m holiday… one day was maybe 3500-4000 calories but with the amount of steps and training I was doing I was pretty much breaking even or in a tiny surplus at most

That’s not 4kg of fat. To gain 4kg of actual fat I’d have needed to eat 30,000 calories on top of everything I burned which would be pretty impressive🤣

It’s food, water, and waste sitting in your body, let nature call and give it a few days back on track and it’s gone, mine dropped 3.8kg in 4 days

Moral of the story, enjoy your holiday, keep moving, don’t go stupid, and stop letting the scale ruin a good trip

Upper – holiday edition šŸŒž

This wasn’t about training to failure or pushing my body to the limit, it was more about ticking over while I’m away. I kept everything around 60–70% of my usual loads and treated it more like a deload and recovery phase.

I always get asked why I train on holiday, that I should just relax and enjoy it… but this is what I enjoy. I’d rather get up a couple hours earlier, get a session done and tick the box than just lie around all morning. Each to their own, I don’t question how anyone else spends their holiday.

Gym was surprisingly well equipped as well, had barbells, dumbbells and cables which is more than enough to get a solid upper session in!

The goal is simple reduce body fat while holding onto muscle and strength with a minimal but effective deficit.

In just 40 days we have stripped off a serious amount of body fat while keeping his overall size and shapeā˜‘ļø

Next phase is to continue bringing body fat down before moving into a controlled lean bulk once the excess fat is gone.
