I am sure that by now the 5th January your social feeds have been filled with NEW YEAR, NEW YOU posts galore!!
Quick fix promises, wonder drugs and building muscle by standing on a vibration plate!! (LOL!!)
I will NOT be bringing you any of this but just a gentle reminder to maybe try things a little differently this year - Instead of harsh diet resolutions and unrealistic fitness regimes - try more sustainable, meaningful shifts that will support your health, mood and quality of life in the long term π₯

Be kind to yourself, follow positive people who inspire you and try not to be swayed by someone elses highlight reel!

Find a form of exercise that you love and set yourself small goals in achieveable chunks to keep you on track - Motivation sustains change - enjoyment fuels motivation!!

Change the nutrition narrative from Good foods and bad to foods that will nourish you, your mind and body and make you feel energised!

Celebrate every Fitness / mindset / nutrition / wellbeing success no matter how small it may seem and be proud of YOU!!
