CrossFit Open 2026⚡️

Trying not to get too emotional about this one..but it meant everything🥹

In 2024 I completed my first CrossFit Open for a bit of fun with my best mate - not really knowing too much about it and was very new to CrossFit in general. Genuinely never felt a buzz and community feel quite like it. Truth be told, I struggled and was very humbled by every workout..but I enjoyed every single second of it😅

Fast forward a year and I couldn’t wait to rip into the Open Workouts. I spent the year chipping away at different skills in prep for it and it quickly became my favourite and most important comp of the year. 2025 CrossFit Open was mega and it was so cool to see us all at CREW together noticing huge changes we’ve made in a year🙌🏻

Genuinely couldn’t be more grateful heading into The CrossFit Open this year. Not just to compete in the workouts with my best mates, but to have also been able to coach you guys at CREW. This has been something I used to dream about when I first started out as a member back in 2023🥹

To each and every member .fitness.official i couldn’t be more proud of all of you. Really does make me emotional to think we are literally just one big family. You all absolutely CRUSHED it. We are extremely proud coaches and it was incredible watching you guys show off all of your hard work. You guys inspire me in more ways than one🫶🏻

CREW has truly changed my life in so many ways. I have made mates for life, a job I adore and a sport I find the most additive and enjoyable thing in the world. It was always more than just a gym, more than a workout..this is a family and a place that can really change your life🫶🏻

.training thank you for believing in me as a member and now a coach since day 1. Your kindness and genuine support means the world. Lucky to have you all as my role models in life for so many different reasons🖤

Very proud of a few of my lot from Team Hope Fitness picking up some awards at the Inspire Social last night. A proud moment to be a coach of the best bunch of kind, hard working and inspirational women🫶🏻

You guys are a huge reason why I absolutely love my job and love helping amazing, genuine people love themselves and their bodies. It’s never about how much you lift or how much you weigh, it’s about moving your body well, safely and being as healthy as you can be, to prolong your life. You guys are genuinely incredible 🙌🏻

Whether you got an award last night or not, you’re forever all winners in my eyes. Keep working hard, keep enjoying it..keep being your wonderful selves💖

Enjoy being, in the process of becoming✨

To what has been an eye opening and a rollercoaster of a year. For the first time in my life, I feel at home, at peace..doing what I’m supposed to doing..with who I’m supposed to be doing it with✨

Little Hope would be so happy knowing her heart is in such good hands of the people who came with a lamp and sat with her when she was in the dark, not to fix her..but just to sit beside her until she could see again. For that, I’m forever thankful✨

You only get one shot at this whole life thing..so be kind, be patient, let people be, hug your mum a bit tighter, tell your friend you love them..have a laugh and just enjoy it✨

It takes balls to complete it solo and they both absolutely smashed it out of the park.

you absolutely blow me away with your ambition to go solo on this. You worked so so hard for this and you did AMAZING. This has been such a journey but every single PT session you showed up, smiling and laughing away and giving your all..and that’s all I ever ask, for you to be happy and trying your best. You are one of the most incredible people I have ever come across with a huge heart..that and you’re an absolute ATHLETE. This is the start of something huge for ya champ, proud of you. Risk is always better than regret and I’m SO glad you did this! SO PROUD to coach you❤️

Genuinely cannot begin to explain just how much this year has meant to me🥹

I set one target after finishing the CrossFit Open in 2024, and coming 10th out of the women at Crew, this year I was chasing top 5 in a battle of me v’s me. I wanted to prove to myself that if i set a goal..I will do everything I can to achieve it.

I genuinely cannot thank enough for his incredible 1-2-1 coaching and programming..as well as the constant reassurance and head wobbles along the way. Ollie was the first person I met when I started Crew and to be able to be coached by him right up until his last day has been a genuine pleasure. Ollie has genuinely grafted and stuck by me through every single rep of The Open, and we set out to achieve every single thing we wanted to. Forever thankful for his 110% commitment to my journey and his kindness along the way. Guy is an absolute legend and an OUTSTANDING coach👊🏻

I can honestly say..I left EVERYTHING on that gym floor every single workout and I genuinely had nothing else to give. Huge progress from last year and a real honour to have great role models like .wilki & to chase!🫶🏻

Another huge thanks to & & .training for their insane coaching along the way. I am who I am, and love being me..because of you guys and I cannot thank you enough for providing not just me, but all of us Crew lot with the worlds best CrossFit Box..there’s no place quite like .fitness.official 🖤
