So here we are the final 1km of my 125km on a spin bike for the amazing CIN
We are still counting up monies raised , donations are still welcome. ATM we are sitting on £773

This was by far one of the hardest efforts I've done due to being at a constantly pedaling (no free wheeling on one of these bikes)

Finished in just over 4 hours (first 30km was completed in teaching my class )

I would like to thank each and everyone who made a donation , not just to me but to every other awesome person which made an effort on this special day for this amazing charity.🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️☺️☺️☺️

We're back at it as usual tomorrow morning, and every Sunday at 9am.

We have a lovely group of individuals making up the Outfit crew, but there's always space for more.

As long as you like to have a laugh when exercising, you'll definitely fit in and enjoy the sessions.
