C O R E 💙
Our core is something that we need in every day movements. They also aid us in big movements such as squats and deadlifts!
Here are 4 easy exercises to try in you next abs workout! Let me know how you find them!
1. Bicycle kicks holding a weight - bring your shoulders off the floor in order to get the tension in your core!
2. Alternating toe taps - opposite arm to the opposite foot to feel it most!
3. Leg raises - keep your legs and core tight, bring your legs up and then back down to where you can control it. Keep it a slow movement to get the most out of it!
4. Plank -if needs be, pop yourself down onto your knees instead of your feet! Keep you hips down and tucked under.
I recommend doing each exercise for 40 seconds, one after the other. Rest, and then do once more!
