🐶💛 One of my favourite things about Puppy Pilates is seeing how much people relax as the session goes on.

Everyone arrives with busy minds, to-do lists and lots going on, and an hour later they're smiling, laughing and surrounded by puppies 🐶

It's such a lovely atmosphere every time.

Summer dates are now live for Norwich, King's Lynn and Cambridge, and we'd love to welcome some new faces along 💛

Between the puppy cuddles, laughter and gentle Pilates, the hour always seems to fly by.

🐶💛 What a lovely weekend of Puppy Pilates!

From Norwich yesterday to King's Lynn today, we've had lots of puppy cuddles, smiles and wonderful people joining us.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped create such a lovely atmosphere across all of the sessions 🐶

It's always so special seeing new faces, returning faces and everyone leaving with a smile.

Now we're looking ahead to our summer dates in Norwich, Cambridge and King's Lynn 💛

🐶💛 This weekend we're back in Norwich and King's Lynn.

One of my favourite things about Puppy Pilates is watching complete strangers leave an hour later covered in puppy cuddles and smiling from ear to ear.
