Tonight we headed over to Bodmin Boxing Club for a fantastic night of sparring, joined by Intense Boxing Plymouth.

Brilliant to see so many young lads dedicated to the sport, pushing each other and improving week in, week out. It’s a real pleasure watching them develop and grow both in and out of the ring.

A big thank you to Bodmin Boxing Club , and to John Isaacs and everyone at Intense for making the trip over. Great work from all the lads! 👊
