7 Virtues: Honour, Respect, Integrity, Courage, Honesty, Loyalty, Compassion. I’m not asking you to live like a Samurai, but...just ONE of these things done daily may help your mental health, or better still, somebody who hasn’t the strength themselves. Be that person. Be their Samurai for a second, as a Samurai is “to serve”.
