The Action
The Newquay Raiders U12 Girls delivered a sensational team performance in their latest fixture against Bude. From the opening whistle, Niamh controlled the tempo from midfield, pulling the strings and constantly setting the pace for the Raiders' attack. Up front, Willow posed a relentless threat, displaying sharp attacking prowess that kept the opposition defense under non-stop pressure throughout the match.
At the back, Evie and Freyja formed an absolute brick wall. Their defensive excellence, positional awareness, and crucial tackles shut down Bude’s forward moves time and time again. Adding to the team's relentless energy, Ella Charlton showcased tremendous determination, fighting for every loose ball and setting the standard for work rate across the pitch.
It was also a brilliant day for the Raiders' newest additions, Sapph and Madeline. Both players put in a fantastic effort, fitting seamlessly into the squad and making vital contributions in their early games with the team.
