Six Week Beginners Self Defence Course For Adults
When does it start?
Monday 30th October 2023

What time does it start?
1930 until 2100

Where is training held?
In the activity studio of the Quay building at Newquay Tretherras School

How much does it cost?
£40 for the six-week course

What will I learn?
How to defend yourself from several scenarios including grabs, strikes and some weapons.

Do I have to have done any martial arts before?
No, this is designed for all ability and fitness levels.

Who will be teaching me?
Our instructors have many years teaching experience and are led by Sensei Nigel Price (7th degree black belt) and Sensei Adam MacQueen (4th degree black belt)
