Just a quick reminder that the gym will be closed on Sunday 8th November due to Remembrance Sunday.

A great turnout for our 6–7pm standard class tonight, with everyone getting stuck in and putting the work in. 💪🥊

🚨 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE – LEOPOLD STREET 🚨

Just a quick heads-up to all our members and visitors that Leopold Street is scheduled to close overnight from tomorrow evening, Monday 24th August, through to Friday 28th August, between 7pm and 5am, while resurfacing works take place.

🥊 To help avoid any disruption getting to or from the gym:

Where possible, please leave the car at home and walk, cycle or use alternative transport.

🚗 If you do need to drive, we'd recommend parking at the other end of Leopold Street and walking the remaining distance to the gym, rather than risking getting caught inside the closure.

Please allow a little extra time and plan your journey before setting off.
