30 weeks pregnant 🤍
Before pregnancy I was training 4–5 times a week, feeling strong, fit and capable. I thought I’d keep that same rhythm all the way through… but this pregnancy had other plans.
Between tiredness, sickness, complications where I havent been allowed to train, and general pregnancy fatigue, my routine has looked very different. Some weeks it’s been workouts, other weeks it’s just walks, mobility, or simply resting. And honestly… it’s been harder than I expected going from fit to pregnant again. Its a mental and physical journey one that needs patience!
I’ve had my share of symptoms — itching, water retention, heartburn you name it 💤
But here’s the positive: I’ve still shown up in whatever way I can. I’ve shifted my focus from progression to capability. From pushing harder to listening more. From trying to maintain my old body… to respecting my changing one. And how amazing are womens bodies 💪🏻👶🏻
I may not look like the “before” photo right now — and that’s okay. This season is about growth, patience and acceptance. I’m still showing up, still moving when I can, and still proud of what my body is doing.
Strong before.
Strong now. Just in a different way. 🤍
