Client progress
Intially had a phone consultation with my client, I told her that changes take time and the goal may be big, but step by step we will progress.
In these few months she has done amazing and each week her weight training, cardio and nutrition has been 100% on point.
She’s got better stamina, is feeling healthier and stronger, lifting bigger weights, is now able to tie her shoe laces comfortably, is learning more about her body and nutrition and has become more comfortable within herself.
Each week she has put in the hard work and commitment to improving herself, whilst being a mum and having a full time job. She’s made this progress whilst being able to still be social and going out to eat with friends and family.
