I have found my training sessions with Paul have been really helpful in achieving the goals I set at the start of my fitness journey. My main objective was to improve my running speed, and Paul helped me do exactly that.
I also asked Paul to show me how to use the gym equipment, as I was intimidated by the weights area and had very little understanding of what the machines were designed for. He created a structured training plan that introduced me to all areas of the gym and included exercises to build overall strength and confidence.
As a result of working with Paul, I have lost 5cm from my waist and improved my 5K time by two minutes. Although improving my endurance and stamina was not one of my original goals, both have improved significantly. Recently, I completed a relay event around the Cleveland Way, running a total of 23 miles over the weekend.
I would recommend Paul to anyone looking to improve their fitness, whether they are new to the gym or working towards a specific goal.
