TEAM: RUN - Project Run Aintree 💪🏼

This is the first one for Project Organic Strength!

Here’s what it is…

Over the next 6 Weeks we’re gonna train as a team for a 5k or 10k at Aintree Racecourse, then on Sunday 12th July we all turn up and do it together.

It doesn’t matter where you’re starting. If you’re a total beginner who just wants something to aim at, this is for you. If you’re a seasoned runner who wants to push on, the programming flexes to your level.

How it works:

☑️ We’ll run a group session every week, running as a team.

☑️ We’ll give you a 5k or 10k specific running program in the app to build your performance.

☑️ We’ll all do the Race together on Sunday 12th July at Aintree Racecourse, with a start time of 10am.

We train together, show up together, and do something most people never manage.

You do not need to be ‘perfect’ to get results…

Life gets busy.

Work ramps up.

Your routine falls out of place.

Motivation dips.

And instead of adapting..

Some people feel like if they can’t do everything perfectly, there’s no point doing anything at all.

But progress isn’t all or nothing.

Training 2x per week instead of usual 4-5 is still progress.

Being mindful of protein at each meal instead of tracking perfectly is still progress.

Going into a maintenance phase during a stressful period instead of completely stopping is still progress.

The people who get results long term aren’t the people who are perfect.

They’re the people who stay consistent.

That’s why we help every single one of our members on a 1 to 1 basis, so they can continue making progress year round 💪🏼🌱
