Ladies lifting club sessions will be held at;
7.30am - 9am
8.30am - 10am
On Monday , wednesday and friday.
At
that's 12 sessions a month for £99 .

Will include online powerlifting and Strength and Conditioning programming for any extra sessions you would like to do in your own time and nutrition advice to help fuel your training!!!

I am now offering nutrition advice , guidance , knowledge and plans catered to you , your goals (losing weight , gaining weight , eating more daily without gaining weight) and your dietary needs !! This will include 24/7 support and availability for any questions you might have , and online or in person check ins !! Starting from £6/week!!👀👀

Food is somthing people should enjoy, it's part of culture and our social lives. But we have all been very miss guided by the media , magazine articles and even health professionals for years.
I want to change the way people look at food and help people create a positive relationship with eating !!

Most of all food is FUEL!! And people who exercise especially need to be guided on how to fiel their performance properly.
