✅Thursday 6.15am Hot Pilates Playground will now be Hot Yoga Sculpt (A fun full body workout blending yoga-inspired movement with strength and bursts of cardio, vibey playlists, moving to the beat, the best energy - just a gorgeous fun class leaving you feeling stronger and full of energy💃🏼✨)

❤️What a transformation!!! This is one to be proud of, this gorgeous soul has gone through injury and set backs, took time off for recovery, took her time coming back, listened to advice and made and changed needed, never gave up, is determined and consistent and just look at those results 🔥🔥🔥

❤️It’s not all about aesthetics and how we look (although that’s a bonus), mobility improved, balance improved, co - ordination and flexibility improved, stronger, fitter, mood, energy all improving and giving a better quality of life - all coming from small steps, one at a time, adding up to BIG changes over time!!

❤️It’s not about being perfect or focusing on what you can’t do, it’s about taking the first step, moving your body, taking it day by day, taking time to appreciate what you CAN do, finding a community that will help you to grow, feel confident, laugh with you and help you feel like you again 🥰🔥
