Come along with Jenny, one of our Reformer Pilates instructors, as she shows you exactly where to find us! 🤍

We’re based inside Hearts Health Club in Crosby, Liverpool, right next to Crosby Village.

Once you’ve booked onto one of our Reformer Pilates classes, just head up the stairs where you’ll find our lovely waiting area. You can grab yourself a cup of tea or coffee and relax while you wait for your class ☕️

Never tried Pilates before? Don’t worry! We have beginner-friendly classes available, and all of our instructors are more than happy to show you how to set up your reformer bed and how to use the equipment. ✨

And there’s an added bonus… when you book onto one of our Pilates classes, you also get FREE access to the whirlpool bath, sauna, steam room and changing facilities downstairs🧖‍♀️🤍

Simply download the Mindbody app from your App Store 📲 and search for ‘Pure Reformer Pilates’. From there, you’ll be able to:

🤍 Book your classes
🤍 Purchase our class bundles, including our 4 classes for £40 offer, as well as any other class packages we have available!

We offer Beginner Reformer classes for anyone who’s new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break, as well as Intermediate/Advanced Reformer classes for those looking for more of a challenge.

Hey girls 🤍

We recently asked for your feedback on our Reformer classes, and one of the biggest things we heard was that there weren’t enough beginner-friendly sessions for those who are new to Reformer Pilates and want to build their confidence before progressing to our intermediate/advanced classes.

We’ve listened and added TWO new beginner classes to the timetable:
✨ Tuesday 7:00pm
✨ Sunday 1:00pm

Our full Beginner Reformer timetable is now:
🤍 Monday 6:30pm
🤍 Tuesday 7:00pm
🤍 Friday 10:30am
🤍 Saturday 9:30am
🤍 Sunday 1:00pm

Just a reminder that you do NOT need to be a Hearts Gym member to attend our Reformer Pilates classes! So if you have a friend who’s always wanted to try Reformer Pilates, why not bring them along to a beginner session? ✨
