Six years of movement, strength, and community - what a journey! A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of it, from day one to today. Whether you moved here with me, joined along the way or are still with us, I’m forever grateful.

Big love to my incredible team - Alex, Anna, Kate, Chloe, and Louise - plus the family, friends and even the doubters who fueled my determination.

Pilates found me in London in 2002, and it’s here to stay - at the heart of my every day in Southport in 2025.
