After 16yrs at grassroots and pushing tonnes and tonnes of lads up that professional pyramid it’s time to hang the coaching boots up at
Too many thanks yous to list, family, players, academy’s, colleges, Liverpool FA, Lancashire FA, parents, supporters, the board etc but my main thank you has to go to my assistant Ste.
My side man, the glue. Thanks for absolutely everything mate, we smashed it👍
Thanks for the memories (highs and lows).
To all our lads we will check in with you around the football pyramid and get to some of your games to support you on and watch you grow.
This season before we leave we have again put forward 5 more players from our reserves up to our 1st team for preseason proving that pathway. 5 lads we are convinced can play at counties level.

So all the best, we had a blast, but goodbye for now. 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Time to acknowledge some more player progressions.
13x (yes 13 😳) of our last season 2023/24 players we lose this season to promotions up the football Pyramid.
AFC Liverpool proving that once again up that Saturday football pyramid.

We wish all the lads all the best, yes they leave a gaping hole in our squad but proves we must be doing something right in the reserves 👍
So another tough season ahead. Let’s hope we are still equipped enough to patch over this gap and progress even more of our new lads up the pyramid.
